This piece was the twentieth in a continuation of Kathy's "one a day" weavings for the month of June. It was inspired by a memory of Kathy being caught in a snowstorm in Tahoe. The cabin was nestled among towering old pines, and just outside the window stood one that looked like two trees had grown together, merging into a single trunk. The inosculation of the pines became a powerful, living metaphor for lifelong partnership.

The piece will be framed in a 20 x 16 x 2 in frame with a certificate of authenticity before shipping.
